On February 1st, Liebherr's gear technology and automation system production officially settled in Yongchuan CBC, The new factory will be the production, sales and service headquarters of German Liebherr gear technology in China. The factory GFA is approximately 12,000 m2, including office, production and warehouse. As a trusted long-term partner of Liebherr, BMP provided project consultancy services for the project.

02-01Sievert Wuhu New Factory Opening Ceremony
On February 1st, Sievert Materials (Wuhu) Co., Ltd. held a grand opening ceremony. Sievert Group is an exclusive supplier of building materials. The new factory in Wuhu has a total GFA of approximately 7,800 sqm and is an efficient factory with sustainable development. As a long-term partner of Sievert Group, BMP provided project consultancy services for this project.

01-26Schattdecor Quzhou Factory Photovoltaic Successfully Connected To The Grid
As a long-term partner of the Schattdecor Group, BMP provided photovoltaic design and construction services for the Quzhou factory and warehouse of Schattdecor(Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. The project is expected to install 869kWp of photovoltaic power and produce more than 0.8 million kWh of electricity every year. It was successfully connected to the grid on January 26th. BMP has always adhered to the concept of sustainable development and green energy design. And will provide more solutions to customers in the future.

ARNOLD Fasteners Shenyang, a member of the global Würth Group，The new building covers 17,000 m² and combines various areas, e.g., the pressing and rolling, the surface technology and a warehouse for finished goods. Everyone involved agrees that this new building will enable ARNOLD to further expand its leading role in the areas of lightweight construction and electrification in the automotive industry. As a long-term partner of Würth, BMP provided EPC services for the project.

KBR, a world leading electric component supplier has built its first factory in Jiaxing, China.The project is round 11,000sqm, with the function of production, testing and office. Within 12 month, BMP, as the client's EPCM partner (incl. detail design), finish the project from concept to construction completion with a high quality.

08-02Moldtecs New Factory Opening Ceremony
MoldTecs Automotive Systems Taicang Co held a grand opening ceremony Taicang on Aug 2nd. The factory, which will be engaged in the manufacturing of high-performance plastic parts, the establishment of MoldTecs will play a key role in bolstering the intelligent transport manufacturing industry and in building a complete auto spare parts industrial chain. BMP provide the full life cycle service of design, procurement and construction management for this project.

07-12Würth Elektronik Shenyang New Factory Ceremony
On July 12, 2023, after 10 months operation, Würth Elektronik held a ceremony in its new factory in Shenyang. As a long-term partner of Würth, BMP provided EPC services for the project. The CSA of this project is 11754 m2, began construction in September 2021. Despite the Covid, BMP overcame all kinds of difficulties and ensured high construction quality, successfully handed over to the owner in September 2022.

06-09Beijing Daxing Pharm-Valley Renovation EPC Project Handover.
The area of exterior wall upgrading is about 12,000 sqm, the waterproof repair area is about 12,000 sqm, and the concrete pavement asphalt laying and pavement well repair area is about 21,000 sqm. During the construction process, BMP actively searched for each tenant, investigated the operation plan and construction impact, reasonably formulated the construction process and protection plan, and minimized the impact on the operation of the park. overcoming many difficulties such as the covid, and the "two sessions" , the project successfully acceptance and handover was carried out smoothly with the owner on June 9, 2023.
